I’m a professional chef and lecturer who spent 15 years living and working in the UK before making Seville my home. This experience is about more than just eating tapas — it’s about understanding why Andalusian food tastes the way it does.
We’ll visit a small selection of traditional bars that locals truly love, moving from stop to stop just as Sevillanos do. Along the way, you’ll taste classic tapas such as cured meats, seasonal plates, and slow-cooked dishes, paired with local wines or sherry. I’ll explain ingredients, cooking techniques, food history, and the unwritten rules of tapas culture — how to order, what to drink, and how locals really eat.
