Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

    Your safari begins with a morning pickup from Arusha (or nearby area) and a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a full game drive through landscapes dotted with ancient baobab trees and vast savannahs. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, as well as lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and diverse birdlife.
    In the late afternoon, depart the park and head to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Tarangire / Karatu – Serengeti National Park

    After breakfast, travel toward the legendary Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic highlands and Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As you enter the Serengeti, the landscape opens into endless plains teeming with wildlife.

Day 4: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

    After an early breakfast, depart the Serengeti and travel to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife areas. Descend into the crater for a game drive, where you may see lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, flamingos, and—with luck—the endangered black rhino.
    After lunch, begin the drive back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon.
