Day 1: Arrival in Lusaka and transfer to the lodge within Lusaka

   Upon arrival at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to Wild Dog Lodge. This is a relaxed arrival day with no scheduled safari activities, allowing you time to rest after your journey or settle into your accommodation. Dinner will be available at the lodge restaurant at your own cost. Please note that optional activities such as a night drive, walking safari, boat cruise, and all drinks are excluded on this day. The day also offers a great opportunity to explore Lusaka, the vibrant capital city of Zambia, known for its lively atmosphere, local markets, cultural centers, and friendly, welcoming people. It is an ideal introduction to Zambian life before the safari adventure begins.

Day 2: After breakfast, we drive to Lower Zambezi national Park

   During your stay, you will enjoy two guided game drives each day, one in the early morning and another in the afternoon, offering excellent opportunities to observe wildlife at its most active. On the day of arrival, the schedule is lighter, with only a scenic sunset game drive to introduce you to the area and its surroundings. Guests also have the option to take part in a boat cruise on the Zambezi River at an additional cost, providing a unique perspective of the park and its wildlife. All meals are fully included throughout your stay, and accommodation is provided at Kasaka Camp, beautifully located along the banks of the Zambezi River, offering comfort and stunning river views.

Day 3: Lower Zambezi National Park

Day 4: Game Drives

On the day of arrival, only a scenic sunset game drive will be conducted. Optional boat cruises on the Zambezi River are available at an additional cost. All meals are included, with accommodation at Kasaka Camp, ideally situated along the banks of the Zambezi River.

Day 5: Transfer from Lower Zambezi to Lusaka

All meals are included throughout the day, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey. Upon arrival in Lusaka, you will settle into your accommodation and enjoy a restful evening with no scheduled activities, preparing you for the next stage of your adventure.

Day 6: After breakfast drive to Kafue National Park

   After breakfast, you will depart Lusaka and transfer to Kafue National Park, Zambia’s largest and one of its most diverse wildlife reserves. The journey takes you through changing landscapes as you make your way toward the park’s southern region. Upon arrival and after settling into camp, you will head out on a relaxed sunset game drive. This evening drive offers a perfect introduction to Kafue, with excellent chances of spotting wildlife as animals become active in the cooler hours of the day, while enjoying the beautiful colors of the African sunset.

Day 7: Morning & Afternoon Game Drive

Day 11: Morning game drive and optional boat cruise in the afternoon

Day 12: Transfer to Northern part of Kafue

   It will be a rest day with no scheduled activities. Guests can relax at the lodge or campsite, enjoy the surroundings, and take the day at their own pace. This free day allows time to unwind and prepare for the upcoming activities. Meaning you will have time to rest.

Day 17: Morning and afternoon game drive

   1 day · Admission ticket included
   After breakfast, features exciting morning and afternoon game drives. Start with an early morning drive to catch wildlife at its most active, followed by a return for breakfast and relaxation. In the afternoon, head out again to explore more areas of the park, enjoying diverse wildlife sightings and beautiful scenery before returning in the evening.

Day 18: Morning and afternoon game drive

   After breakfast again features exciting morning and afternoon game drives. Start with an early morning drive to catch wildlife at its most active, followed by a return for breakfast and relaxation. In the afternoon, head out again to explore more areas of the park, enjoying diverse wildlife sightings and beautiful scenery before returning in the evening.

Day 19: Transfer to Sioma Ngwezi National park

   After breakfast, depart for Sioma Ngwezi National Park. Enjoy a scenic transfer through remote and unspoiled landscapes en route to the park. Upon arrival, check in and spend the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing and taking in the tranquil surroundings of this pristine wilderness.

Day 20: Transfer from Sioma Ngwezi to Livingstone

   After an early breakfast, depart Sioma Ngwezi National Park for Livingstone, enjoying a scenic drive through rural landscapes and local villages. Lunch will be provided en route. Arrive in Livingstone in the afternoon and check in at Maramba River Lodge. The remainder of the day is at leisure to relax or explore the surroundings. Dinner will be at the clients’ own cost.

Day 21: Breakfast at the lodge then transfer to Livingstone airport

   After breakfast at Maramba River Lodge, check out and transfer to Livingstone Airport for your departure. This marks the end of your safari adventure, with memories of wildlife, stunning landscapes, and unforgettable experiences to take home. This marks the end of the tour.

Pickup details

Clients will be informed in advance about the airport pickup arrangements prior to their arrival. Upon arrival, they will be met by our driver or guide, who will be holding a sign displaying the client’s name or the group leader’s name and will be dressed in official company uniform.

Clients may also communicate their preferred pickup time and meeting point through WhatsApp or email.
