Furthermore, in the projection mapping theatre, which depicts the four seasons of sake brewing, you can gain a deeper appreciation of the allure of sake through immersive visual presentations.
After the tour, head to the much-anticipated ‘Sake Tasting Corner’. Alongside free tastings of seasonal limited-edition sakes, there are also paid tasting machines where you can sample premium sakes. The adjoining shop offers a wide array of tempting products, including not only sake but also sake lees sweets and amazake soft-serve ice cream.

The adjacent ‘Tōmyō Kura’ is the brewery shop where you can taste and purchase the full range of Fukuju products, including limited-edition sake available only here. You can also enjoy sweets such as special soft-serve ice cream and confectionery made from sake lees, making it the perfect place to choose souvenirs.　　At the Kobe Shushinkan, you can experience the traditions of sake brewing, savour delicious sake and cuisine, and enjoy a truly enriching experience.
