Session looks like this:
Slow arrival into the forest, Guests begin by walking gently into a natural area at a relaxed pace, leaving behind phones, schedules, and conversation where possible.
Guided slowing down, the guide may invite you to walk even more slowly than usual, sometimes pausing every few minutes. The point is to shift out of “getting somewhere” mode.
Sensory attention exercises, you’re prompted to notice what’s usually overlooked, such as: the texture of leaves or bark, patterns of light and shadow, sounds like wind, insects, or water, smells of soil, plants, or rain.
Periods of stillness, Guests often stop and simply stand, sit, or lean against trees, allowing the body to relax and the mind to settle without needing to analyze anything.
Breath awareness, Occasional prompts bring attention to breathing more slowly and naturally, helping the nervous system downshift.
Optional sharing or quiet reflection. Some sessions include a brief, gentle conversation at the end, while others remain mostly silent.
In short, guests are walking slowly, pausing often, and using their senses fully—letting the forest “work on them” rather than trying to accomplish anything.
