• Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Not recommended for pregnant travelers
• Public transportation options are available nearby
• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• Tours may be cancelled on the morning due to weather.
• Participants over the age of 55 will conduct blood pressure measurements and medical check sheets at the meeting place on the day of the tour.
• For participants with a high BMI or a large physique, we can request basic health checks such as blood pressure measurements before the tour for safety.
