Begin your experience with a guided visit to a local Marrakech market (morning session only, 30–40 min) to select fresh vegetables, spices, and ingredients for your cooking class. Learn about Moroccan ingredients, herbs, and traditional cooking techniques from your guide.
Return to a fully equipped, spacious kitchen in the heart of Marrakech (10–15 min transfer). Roll up your sleeves and start preparing a variety of Moroccan dishes under the guidance of an experienced chef. Spend about 2–2.5 hours making appetizers such as Zaalouk, Taktouka, and Moroccan salad, followed by a main dish like a traditional Tajine (vegetarian, chicken, or Kefta) or Couscous.
Finish your session by preparing a classic Moroccan dessert, Mehncha, and enjoy a 30–40 minute three-course meal with Moroccan tea and coffee. Recipes are provided so you can recreate the dishes at home. The class is hands-on, suitable for all skill levels, and includes guidance throughout every step.
Please provide your accommodation name and address when booking. Pickup times depend on your chosen session (Morning 10:30 AM for lunch class / Evening 5:30 PM for dinner class). For accommodations outside Marrakech city, extra charges may apply.
