Your experience begins with a warm welcome and a guided visit of the winery and production areas, where you’ll learn how Poggio San Polo’s wines are crafted—from vineyard to bottle. You’ll explore the cellar where the wines rest and mature in oak barrels, gaining insight into the estate’s organic philosophy, winemaking techniques, and the distinctive terroir of Gaiole in Chianti.
Following the visit, enjoy a guided wine tasting featuring a selection of Poggio San Polo wines, carefully explained by a knowledgeable host.
