We offer private drop-off to any location within Marrakech city boundaries, including all hotels, traditional Riads in the Medina, private residences, or directly at Menara Airport terminals.
For Airport Arrivals: After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, please walk to the main terminal arrival gate exit. Your professional driver will be waiting outside holding a personalized sign with your name clearly printed on it. We track all flights in real-time, so your driver will be there even if your flight lands early or is delayed.
For Hotel & Riad Pickups: Your driver will meet you directly at your hotel reception lobby. If you are staying in a traditional Riad inside the pedestrian-only zones of the Medina, your driver will meet you at the closest accessible vehicle drop-off/meeting point and coordinate directly with your Riad staff. Please be ready 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
