Drop-off is available at any location within Marrakech city limits, including hotels, riads, guesthouses, private addresses, or other requested destinations. If the accommodation is located inside the medina where vehicle access is limited, drop-off will be arranged at the nearest accessible point, with clear guidance provided in advance.
For airport pickups, travelers are required to provide their flight number and arrival time in advance to ensure smooth coordination. For hotel or riad pickups, the exact address and a contact phone or WhatsApp number are required. Travelers should be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time, as waiting time may be limited during peak hours or late-night transfers.
