Go beyond the guidebook and master authentic Gyoza with a Pro-Trained Host.
Your host, Demi, was trained for 8 years under a chef from Hilton Tokyo’s legendary "Dynasty" (Ocho). Learn rare, professional techniques for perfect pleating and achieving that signature golden-brown crisp bottom. You will discover secrets of seasoning and texture that elevate home cooking to a restaurant level.
Sakura Season & Local Experience
During the cherry blossom season, enjoy a guided walk through Gakugei-Daigaku, a charming "Shotengai" neighborhood loved by locals. After the lesson, savor your handmade gyoza alongside a comforting bowl of wonton ramen and premium Koshihikari rice, slow-cooked in a traditional clay pot (Donabe).
