What to expect

Enjoy an authentic experience on the Sorrento Peninsula with a local family! Valentina and her family will welcome you into a charming garden in Meta di Sorrento, filled with citrus trees and Mediterranean plants. After a welcome glass of Prosecco and Neapolitan appetizers, you will prepare traditional dishes such as *gnocchi alla sorrentina*, eggplant parmigiana, and tiramisu.

You will take part in every step of the class, learning the secrets of Neapolitan cuisine. Valentina will share family stories, traditions, and recipes with you. Afterwards, you will enjoy the dishes you prepared together with the other guests, accompanied by local wine, water, soft drinks, coffee, and Sorrento limoncello.

The experience takes place in a typical garden just minutes from Sorrento, where you can also visit the family vegetable patch. In the event of bad weather, the class will be held in a cozy, air-conditioned indoor room.

A free transfer service from Sorrento is available upon request and subject to availability. You can arrive via the Circumvesuviana train; you will be met upon arrival and escorted to the venue, which is just a minute away.
