Walk to the arrival hall / exit gate — our representative will be waiting directly outside the baggage claim area, holding a sign with your name.

If you cannot find your guide immediately, please stay in the arrival hall and do not leave the airport. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone for quick assistance.

In case your flight is delayed, our team will track your flight and adjust the pickup time accordingly.
