As you leave the arrivals area of the International Terminal, you will notice columns marked with numbers. Please use the pedestrian crossing between columns 9 and 10 to cross the road. Our colleagues will be waiting for you with a sign with the H09 logo in TURSAB.

FOR ISTANBUL AIRPORT You should walk straight untill you see gate 13. When you come gate 13 go outside and When you go out, you need to find the logo H09 on the first panel on the right. We wait your at this point. All you have to do is tell the officer your name.

Pickup details

Your driver will meet you at the airport arrivals hall with a name sign. Please provide your flight number when booking. We monitor your flight for delays and adjust your pickup time accordingly. Our team will contact you via WhatsApp before your arrival.

Overtime Charges: The experience includes the chauffeur-driven vehicle for the duration selected during booking. Additional hours are optional and charged at EUR 20 per hour, subject to vehicle availability and customer approval.
Attraction Entrance Fees: Entrance fees are not included because customers may choose whether to visit attractions internally or enjoy exterior sightseeing. All paid attraction visits are optional. Admission tickets are purchased separately by customers at the attraction's applicable official ticket price. No attraction entrance fee is mandatory to participate in this experience.
Professional Tour Guide: This product includes a professional driver and private vehicle, but not a licensed tour guide. A professional English-speaking tour guide can be arranged upon request for an additional EUR 150, subject to availability. Guide services are entirely optional and are not required to participate in the experience.
Important Clarification: This product is intended to provide maximum flexibility for layover passengers. It is not a fixed sightseeing package requiring customers to visit every listed attraction. The priority is to offer a comfortable, personalized experience while allowing sufficient time for customers to return to the airport for their connecting flights.

Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
