Overview

Experience Mt. Fuji and Hakone beyond the typical private-car tour. Instead of spending the entire day in a vehicle, travel on Japan’s famous Romancecar express train, enjoying a comfortable journey while experiencing everyday Japanese rail travel and local life.

With a knowledgeable local guide, explore Hakone Shrine, Lake Ashi, Owakudani Valley, the Hakone Ropeway, and scenic viewpoints of Mt. Fuji. Choose the cruise option to enjoy a relaxing ride across Lake Ashi, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery and, on clear days, views toward Mt. Fuji.

Along the way, enjoy a relaxed combination of train travel, sightseeing, walking, and scenic transportation. Your guide will assist with navigating the local transport system and help you make the most of your time in Hakone. This experience combines Japanese culture, natural scenery, local transportation, and guided sightseeing for a more authentic and memorable day.
