If you arrive on the same day, our staff will meet you at the train station holding a sign with your name. We recommend purchasing your bus tickets to Machu Picchu in advance to avoid any delays.
IMPORTANT: For last-minute bookings, as indicated in the selected option, including booking with 1 or 2 months prior, in some cases if spaces are sold out you must arrive in Aguas Calientes one day, 2 or 3 days in advance (check with our team first), preferably between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM, to complete the in-person registration and ticket purchase using your passport, assisted by our local guide and team.
