If your riad is in the Medina and not directly accessible by car, your driver will drop you off at the nearest accessible point and help you with directions or luggage if needed.

Your driver will be waiting for you outside the arrivals hall at Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK), holding a sign with your name.
Please look for the Yommi Transport Marquess logo or your driver’s name sign.
For hotel pickups:
Pickup is available from all hotels and riads in central Marrakech.
If your accommodation is in the Medina (old city) where vehicles cannot enter, we’ll arrange the nearest accessible meeting point.
Please provide your flight number and arrival/departure time when booking so we can track your flight and adjust pickup if needed.
