Overview

Experience a unique Nihon Buyo performance, the premier dance art studied by geishas, featuring dancers from the Senju School under the supervision of Grand Master Senju Einojo. Enjoy three captivating dances performed across a glass tea room and Zen rock garden stage, followed by a workshop explaining the meaning behind each movement.

After the show, join Tora Tora, a traditional geisha party game, take photos with the dancer, and capture memorable moments with your camera or phone. One complimentary drink is included.

The traditional Japanese dance of Nihon Buyo, a cornerstone of geisha training, comes alive when dancers from the esteemed Senju school take to the stage at ZEN Kyoto s serene glass tea room or tranquil rock garden area. Clad in elaborate costume and makeup, these skilled performers will mesmerize you with their artistry for approximately 15 minutes. Following the performance, you'll have the unique opportunity to engage in a Q&A session and participate in a brief gesture workshop, allowing you to gain insight into the world of Nihon Buyo. To conclude, take advantage of private photo time with the dancer, exclusive to your group. As a valued guest, you will also receive one complimentary welcome drink.
