Pickup details

Pick-up and Communication
We pick up directly at your hotel or specified location. Pick-up times vary depending on the number of stops that day. We’ll call or text the night before to confirm your pick-up time and location. For our international guests, please make sure we have a way to reach you by text. We can use WhatsApp if your phone does not have international calling or texting.

These are special spaces within our communities, and we ask that everyone visit with respect and a willingness to learn. We reserve the right to end a guest’s participation if their behavior is disrespectful or disruptive to the group.

• Guests are responsible for their own lunch at the Kahuku Sugar Mill
• Our vans are not wheelchair accessible. Guests must be able to step up into the vehicle. We cannot accommodate motorized scooters, only collapsible wheelchairs, walkers, and small strollers.
• Please dress comfortably for a relaxed day. Slippahs (beach sandals) are perfectly fine for most sightseeing. We also recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle. Many of the places we visit have water refill stations. If you’d like to bring your own beverages, we have a cooler with ice available for guests.
