The Minister all but succeeded except for one last Time-Turner, but time has run out, and he no longer has access to complete this task.
As a member of The Order, you must break into the Ministry itself, find the last Time-Turner, and discover a way to destroy it. Time is of the essence as the Dark Lord has sent his followers to claim the last Time-Turner. Outnumbered, members of The Order can only hold them off for so long.
