Join us for a fun, hands-on cooking experience exploring Nikkei cuisine, a unique fusion of Japanese culinary techniques and Peruvian flavors and ingredients. In this beginner-friendly class, you'll learn how these two culinary traditions come together to create colorful, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes.
You'll start with the essential basics—cooking, seasoning, and handling sushi rice—before mastering rolling techniques, ingredient balance, and professional cuts. Guided by your chef, you'll explore three Nikkei-inspired sushi rolls ranging from bold and savory to bright and vegetable-forward. After a chef demonstration and tasting, you'll step up to your station to roll, top, and plate your own restaurant-worthy creations with interactive guidance every step of the way.
