  • Stay connected with free onboard Wi-Fi. From seamless equipment pickup to comfortable hotel transfers, we manage every detail of your day so you can focus on the snow.

  • Lunch cost is not included in the price. We encourage guests to enjoy the wide variety of mountain resort food ("Gere-shoku") available at our chosen destination for the day.

What to expect

[Customizable Private Experience] Rather than a fixed location, your guide selects the ideal mountain from the 9 premier resorts of the Hakuba Valley: Happo-one, Hakuba 47, ABLE Hakuba Goryu, Hakuba Iwatake, Tsugaike Kogen, Hakuba Norikura, Hakuba Cortina, Hakuba Sanosaka, and Kashimayari. By continuously monitoring realtime weather, visibility, and snow quality, we strategically match the terrain to your group’s skill level and specific goals. Whether you want to explore hidden gems or find the best available snow conditions, our expertise ensures you are always at the right place at the right time.

[Family & Logistics Coordination] We manage the logistical details to ensure a seamless experience for your entire group. This includes checking the availability of on-resort childcare (nursery) services and providing luxury private transfers in our premium vehicles. Please note that nursery spots are subject to availability.

[Important Note] Please consult us in advance regarding childcare (nursery) requirements or any specific equipment rental needs to ensure a smooth start to your tour. While we assist with coordination, nursery placement is not guaranteed.
