Beginner divers can take a private dive at Los Arcos de Mismaloya, with scuba equipment provided for the experience. Start with a theory class at the dive center, travel by boat to the reserve’s aquarium area, and follow a guide into shallow water reaching no more than 10 meters. Focus on the area's marine biodiversity and rock formations during this first underwater exploration.

What to expect
