Join the president of Maruya Hatcho Miso, a brewery with nearly 700 years of history, for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour. Inside the historic storehouse—still used today—you'll encounter towering 2-meter wooden barrels and three-ton stone weights used in the traditional fermentation process.     The president and CEO of Maruya Hatcho Miso, which was founded in 1337, will personally guide you through the miso storehouse. The storehouse, which has been in operation for over 150 years, is a spectacular sight, with rows of 2m-high wooden barrels and 3 tons of weights piled up. After the miso storehouse tour, you will have the opportunity to try a simple Hatcho Miso cooking experience. You will experience everything from food preparation to cooking, dining, and cleaning up together with the president.
