For guests who select transfer options, pickup is available from Dubai hotels or residences. The exact pickup time will be confirmed 1 day before the visit via WhatsApp or email.

Guests who select ticket-only options should make their own way to Burj Khalifa / The Dubai Mall and proceed to the “At The Top” entrance on the Lower Ground Level at their booked time.
