Start your session with a gentle 60 minute yoga flow designed for all levels, led by a professional instructor who will guide you through stretches and poses that help you relax and unwind. Throughout the class, playful puppies roam freely, giving you the chance to cuddle, pet, and play with them between poses. Enjoy moments of laughter, joy, and stress relief as you interact with the friendly pups. Complimentary drinking water is provided to keep you refreshed.
