Overview

The Chinese tea ceremony has a long history, and Cantonese dim sum is an important part of Han Chinese culinary culture.

This workshop perfectly combines the tea ceremony and dim sum, allowing you to explore the history, culture, and art of Chinese cuisine.

What to expect

• Learn about White Peony (white tea), Zhengshan Xiaozhong (black tea), Tieluohan (Oolong tea), and herbal wellness teas, as well as tea ware and brewing methods;
• Hands-on experience brewing four selected Chinese teas;
• Pairing with three specialty dim sum and snacks;
• Through this workshop, you’ll gain an introductory understanding of the Chinese tea ceremony, experience the joy of brewing and savoring tea, and enjoy a selection of dim sum.
