3 days from Marrakech to the desert Merzouga

Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ait Ben Haddou – Dades Valley

1. Ait Ben Haddou
   Pass by
   Depart from Marrakech in the morning, crossing the scenic High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass.
   
   Stop at panoramic viewpoints and traditional Berber villages.
   
   Visit the UNESCO-listed Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, famous for its history and film appearances.
   
   Continue through Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Africa.”
   
   Drive through Skoura Oasis and the Valley of Roses.

Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Merzouga (Sahara Desert)

1. Dades Gorges
   Pass by
   After breakfast, drive through the dramatic landscapes of the Dades Gorges.
   
   Stop at Todra Gorge, where you can walk between its towering rock walls.
   
   Continue toward the Sahara, passing palm groves and desert villages.
2. Merzouga
   Pass by
   Arrive in Merzouga in the afternoon, where camels will be waiting.
   
   Enjoy a camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes, watching the sunset over the golden sand.
   
   Reach your luxury desert camp, where you’ll have dinner under the stars with Berber music around the campfire

Day 3: Merzouga – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

1. Merzouga
   Pass by
   Wake up early to admire the sunrise over the dunes.
   
   Breakfast at the desert camp before returning by camel or 4x4 to Merzouga village.
   
   Begin the journey back to Marrakech, retracing the road through the Atlas Mountains.
   
   Lunch break and short stops along the way.
   
   Arrive in Marrakech in the evening, with drop-off at your hotel/riad.

Pickup details

Upon your arrival, we’ll be there to welcome you right at the arrival hall. Your driver will be waiting with a sign showing the lead traveler’s name, making it easy for you to spot us. From there, we’ll assist you with your luggage and guide you comfortably to the vehicle, so you can relax and enjoy a smooth start to your journey
