- If you booked the option with transportation, our team will drop you directly to your hotel or Airbnb in Mexico City (Please verify that they are within our transportation zones).
Pickup times in Mexico City:
- First time: Between 4 : 00 am to 4 : 40 am to reach Teotihuacan approximately 5 : 40am.
- Second timetable: Between 6:00 am and 6:30 am to arrive in Teotihuacán at approximately 7:30 am.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We will always do our best to assign you to the first schedule. However, in case of high demand you could be assigned to the second schedule. In this case we will notify you in advance by WhatsApp.

- If you booked the option without transportation, one day before your flight we will share the exact location of our balloonport so you can arrive on your own.
