Hotel Pick-Up:
We offer door-to-door transportation from most hotels and resorts in Puerto Plata. Just let us know your location, and we’ll confirm your pick-up time the day before your tour.
Amber Cove: Please proceed to the Main Gate. Once you reach the Main Gate, turn left, and you will see the meeting point where our guide will be waiting with a large sign that says your name.
Note: We will send you a map once you complete your reservation to assist with pickup. Additionally, we will stay in contact at all times until you meet our guide and driver. Therefore, it is very important to provide contact information, either a phone number or email. Thank you!
