Your driver will meet you at the agreed pickup location with a sign displaying the lead traveler’s name. Hotel pickups are from the lobby or main entrance. Apartment pickups are outside the main entrance. The driver may also contact you by phone or WhatsApp if needed.
Your transfer ends at your designated cruise terminal at the Port of Barcelona. Your driver will drop you off as close as possible to the terminal entrance, assist with your luggage, and ensure you arrive safely and on time. Please provide your cruise ship name when booking.
Please provide your hotel or accommodation name and full address when booking. Pickup is available from hotels and accommodations located in Barcelona city centre.
Please be ready in the hotel lobby or at the designated pickup point 5–10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your driver will meet you at the agreed pickup location.
For cruise passengers, please make sure you provide the correct cruise terminal and ship name when booking so we can take you directly to the appropriate terminal.
If your pickup location is difficult for vehicles to access, we may arrange a nearby convenient meeting point and will contact you in advance if necessary.
