From Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE):
After collecting your luggage, exit the baggage claim area. Your driver will be waiting just outside the customs doors in the Arrivals Hall, holding a sign with the lead passenger’s name.
45 minutes of waiting time from your actual landing are included. In case of flight delays, your flight is tracked in real time and pickup will be adjusted accordingly.
From Piazzale Roma (Venice):
Meet at the NCC/Taxi area next to the main parking. The driver will hold a sign with the lead passenger’s name.
From Venezia Mestre Train Station:
Meet at the main entrance under the clock. The driver will hold a sign with the lead passenger’s name.
From Hotels in Mestre/Marghera:
Pickup directly in the hotel lobby. The driver will be waiting with a sign showing the lead traveler’s name.
From Hotels in Venice Historic Center:
Venice is car-free; vehicles can reach only Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto. A private water taxi can be arranged on request, or you can meet your driver at Piazzale Roma.
