Overview

More than a cooking class, it is an encounter with tradition. Guided by a traditional Mexican cook, lover of ancestral gastronomy and participant in the contest "The Traditional Cook of Mexico City"

What to expect

An authentic and delicious experience!

We will start at the local market, where we will choose the fresh ingredients and try some traditional appetizer made with corn.
