We aim to make your arrival and departure as smooth and stress-free as possible. Upon landing at Sangster International Airport (MBJ), simply exit the customs area and head to the arrivals lobby, where your personal driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name. In the unlikely event that you cannot locate your driver immediately, please remain in the arrival area and reach out to us via WhatsApp for prompt assistance.
There’s no need to worry about flight delays or early arrivals — we monitor all flights in real-time to ensure your driver is there when you land. We offer a complimentary wait time of up to 60 minutes after your flight touches down.
For your departure, your driver will meet you in the hotel lobby or designated pickup area at the confirmed time. To ensure a timely departure, we recommend being ready at least 10 minutes early.
To stay connected, please make sure your mobile number is active on WhatsApp on the day of travel. If you're traveling with infants or small children, we provide complimentary child or baby seats upon request — just let us know during booking. Should you wish to make a brief stop along the way (e.g. for groceries or a pharmacy), we're happy to accommodate this with advance notice.
