On a via ferrata route, you combine hiking with elements of light climbing, but in a way that’s accessible and safe thanks to specialized equipment and fixed metal structures on the rock face.
Via ferrata routes are equipped with:
- a steel cable anchored into the rock – which you clip into for safety
- metal rungs, ladders, suspension bridges, and sometimes exposed traverses
- occasionally more adventurous elements like vertical walls, swings, or narrow footbridges
With each step, you move your carabiners from one section of the steel cable to the next. You’re always secured, even in steep or exposed areas, which ensures your safety.
Routes are usually set along cliffs or mountain ridges, offering breathtaking viewpoints—literally and figuratively.

We will pick up the participants either from their hotel or from a location they specify. If you choose to be picked up from the standard location proposed by us, we will be there with signs displaying your names to help identify you easily.
