Guided by a philosophy of minimal intervention, the boutique winery focuses on traditional grape varieties like Baga and Bical, which beautifully express the local limestone soils through sustainable viticulture practices.
   
   Our Exclusive Vadio Tour offers a complete immersion into this philosophy. You will begin with a guided walk through the old vineyards in Poutena to understand the unique terroir and organic farming methods. This is followed by a private visit to the artisanal cellar, where the classic vinification and oak aging processes are revealed. The experience concludes with a premium tasting of four signature wines, including the Vadio White, Red, and their iconic Sparkling wine, paired perfectly with local delicacies. The highlights include a specialized visit focused on the architectural heritage of the golden twenties and the thermal water tradition. Following this, the itinerary takes you to the panoramic Baloiço Maria Gomes, a beautiful regional landmark nestled among the vineyards. Here, you will enjoy a relaxed stop to sip a refreshing premium drink, capturing the playful and elegant spirit of the Maria Gomes grape variety while overlooking the stunning landscape.

   Embark on a sensorial journey through the Bairrada region, where tradition, terroir, and craftsmanship meet and visit the renowned Quinta das Bágeiras, discover the art of natural winemaking.
