Pick-up or drop-off will be directly at your hotel, apartment, or any address you provide within Venice mainland. No access issues — our vehicles can reach you without restrictions.
Since the historic center of Venice is not accessible by car, your meeting or drop-off point will be Piazzale Roma, the last point reachable by vehicle. If needed, we can arrange a private water taxi (optional, extra cost) to connect your hotel with Piazzale Roma. Our team will coordinate everything, including luggage assistance and water taxi timing.
Your driver will meet you directly inside the terminal at the Arrivals Hall, holding a sign with your name. We track your flight in real-time, so there's no need to worry about delays. One hour of free waiting time is included after your flight lands. For departures, you’ll be dropped off at the correct terminal entrance based on your airline.
We provide service to and from all hotels, chalets, apartments, and private addresses in Cortina and nearby villages (including San Vito di Cadore, Zuel, Alverà, and more). The driver will drop you off right at your door and assist with your luggage inside the lobby.

Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE):
Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall just after the luggage claim area, holding a sign with your name. We offer full Meet & Greet service and monitor your flight in real-time, so there’s no need to worry in case of delays. One hour of complimentary waiting time is included.
Venice City Center (Historical Area):
Due to limited vehicle access in Venice, the meeting point is Piazzale Roma, the last area accessible by car. If you're staying at a hotel within the historical center, we can assist you in booking a watertaxi transfer (extra cost) to reach Piazzale Roma easily, where our driver will be waiting.
Venice Mainland (Mestre, Marghera or other areas):
For pick-ups from any address on the mainland, simply provide your exact location (hotel, B&B, apartment). The driver will pick you up directly at the entrance.
In all cases, the driver's contact information will be provided prior to your transfer, and our operations team is available via phone or WhatsApp for any assistance or real-time updates.
