Pickup details

Pick-up will begin between 7.00 AM and 8:45 AM, depending on your hotel location. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed via email after your booking is received. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

Pick-up & Drop-off Service:
Complimentary pick-up and drop-off are provided for hotels located in Phuket Town, Chalong, Rawai, Nai Harn, Kata, Karon, Patong, Kamala, Bang Tao, and Laguna.

For other areas, an additional surcharge of 1,200–1,500 THB per vehicle will apply, including locations such as Panwa, Ao Yon, Khao Kad, Layan, Nai Yang, Mai Khao, and the airport. This surcharge can be paid in cash directly to our staff on the day of pick-up
