Overview

Go beyond the usual day trip from Bangkok and discover Ayutthaya through UNESCO World Heritage temples, Thai traditions, and local experiences. Temple fees are included with selected options. Thai lunch and an English-speaking guide are included.

Begin at Wat Phanan Choeng, one of Ayutthaya’s oldest living temples, home to Thailand’s Giant Golden Buddha. Experience Thai traditions through merit making, sacred fish feeding, and Kau Cim (fortune sticks).

Continue to Wat Mahathat, one of Ayutthaya’s iconic temples and home to the famous Buddha head embraced by tree roots. Upgrade with an optional traditional boat ride to experience Ayutthaya from its waterways. Guests without the boat upgrade travel by air-conditioned vehicle and visit the same attractions.
