What to expect

Meet me at the Capucins Market, Bordeaux's lively covered market, where we'll enjoy a coffee and croissant before shopping for our lunch. We'll pick out ingredients for a local dish and seasonal salad, as well as cheese and pastries for dessert!

From the market, we'll stroll through Bordeaux's historic center to my apartment. We'll nibble on fresh bakery bread and olives while we enjoy cooking together. The cooking is simple and relaxed, and you're welcome to be as involved as you'd like.

Then we'll sit down to enjoy our meal together, sharing great food and conversation. I'll also be happy to share my favorite recommendations for discovering Bordeaux.
