   Rather than rushing from sighting to sighting, the experience allows time to observe — a pride of lions resting in the grass, herds moving across the plains, or hippos gathered in the shallows. Along the way, your guide shares insight into the wildlife, landscapes and natural rhythms of the crater.

It is a quiet moment to take in the scale of the landscape before descending to the crater floor for the day’s game drive.

   Pause for a picnic lunch beside the Ngoitokitok wetlands, surrounded by the open landscapes of the crater floor. Hippos can often be seen resting in the water while waterbirds move along the shoreline. It is a relaxed break from the game drive. time to enjoy lunch, take in the surroundings and simply watch life around the water before continuing your exploration.
