- A transfer with a guided walking tour of Venice’s main highlights or
- A deluxe tour and transfer that includes a boat and gondola ride, and guided sightseeing

All options begin directly at your ship and include luggage assistance and air-conditioned transport. You will travel with experienced drivers and helpful local guides who will assist you throughout the journey.

This service is ideal for cruise passengers who want to enjoy their time in Venice without the stress of planning the logistics. From port pickup to arrival in the city, every detail is arranged for you so you can simply relax and enjoy the experience.

Options

Transfer and Deluxe Tour

Transfer and deluxe tour: This option includes a private transfer from Trieste Port to Venice and a private tour with guide, water taxis and gondola.
Duration: 6 hours: The transfer from Trieste to Venice takes about 2-2.5 hours, and the walking tour approximately 4 hours.
Customizable Tour: The private tour includes all highlights of the city, but can be fully customized to any wishes you might have
End at Piazzale Roma: The tour will end at Piazzale Roma, where your luggage will be securely stored, or at your hotel (depending on its location).

Private Round-Trip Tour

Private Tour: This option includes a private vehicle and driver, as well as a private guide in Venice, and a private gondola and boat ride.
With Port Return: For cruise ship passengers docking in the Trieste Port. It includes a pickup and drop-off at the port.
Port drop-off included: Includes a drop-off back at your cruise ship.

Transfer and Walking Tour

Transfer and walking tour: This option includes a private vehicle transfer from Trieste Cruise Ship Port to Venice and a private walking tour of Venice
Duration: 6 hours: The transfer from Trieste to Venice takes about 2-2.5 hours, and the walking tour - approximately 4 hours.
Customizable Tour: The private walking tour includes all highlights of the city, but can be fully customized to any wishes you might have.
End at Piazzale Roma: The private walking tour will end at Piazzale Roma where your luggage will be securely stored.

Transfer Only

Only transfer included: Please note that this option only includes a transfer from the port to Venice. The transfer ends at Piazzale Roma.
Luggage transport: You can bring your luggage with you, it will be safely transported in the trunk of our vehicle with you to Venice.
Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes: The transfer from Trieste Cruise Ship Port to Venice, Piazzale Roma takes about 2 to 2.5 hours

You will be met at the cruise port and escorted to a modern, comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. From there, your professional driver will take you through the beautiful Italian countryside. The journey lasts approximately 2-2.5 hours.

When booking, you can choose between a transfer-only service or a transfer combined with a tour of Venice.

Piazzale Roma is the last point in Venice reachable by vehicle, so this is where the drop-off takes place.

For transfer-only passengers, the service ends here.

If you book a guided option, you can choose between:

Option 1 - Transfer with Walking Tour
After arriving at Piazzale Roma, store your luggage and meet your local guide for a walking tour of Venice. See highlights such as Rialto Bridge, Campo San Polo, and St. Mark’s Square. The tour finishes at Piazzale Roma, where we will assist you with your onward journey.

Option 2 - Transfer with Deluxe Tour: Begin with a private water taxi ride along the Grand Canal to St. Mark's Square. Your guide will show you Venice’s top sights, including St. Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace (from the outside). Enhance your experience with a private gondola ride. Includes return water taxi transfer.

At the end of the tour, we will return you to your stored luggage at Piazzale Roma, where our team can help with directions for your onward journey to your hotel or the airport. Please note that any post-tour arrangements are not included in the tour price.

Meeting and pickup

Meeting point

Your driver will meet you outside of your cruise ship with a sign that reads "VEXPERIO" and your name.

End point

The transfer ends at Piazzale Roma, the last point in Venice accessible by car.

Guided tours conclude either at Piazzale Roma or at your hotel (depending on its location). We will inform you of your tour’s drop-off point in advance.

Please note that due to the distances, and bridges in Venice, our 'Transfer and Walking Tour' option is not recommended for passengers with mobility issues and it is quite strenuous.
Please bring some change in EUR for toilet stops, beverages and for lunch. Please ask our tour guide in Venice to arrange for a stop at an ATM if you do not have EUR with you. US dollars are not accepted in Italy.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
