Pickup service is included at most hotels in Cancun, Playa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras and Tulum. If not available, you will be told a nearby meeting point. Please note that some hotels may have an additional charge of USD 10 if they have access difficulties
