Step into a fun, hands-on cooking class set in the charming town of Lucca, and learn the secrets behind fresh Italian pasta from scratch.
* Make Pasta: You’ll prepare two traditional types: Spaghetti alla chitarra or tagliatelle, and ravioli filled with fresh ricotta—all made using locally sourced ingredients straight from nearby farms (100% local and sustainable)
* Make Gelato: To sweeten the experience, you'll also learn how to make creamy, authentic Italian gelato using seasonal flavors.
