Your experience begins with pick-up from your accommodation in Agadir, followed by a visit to a local market where you’ll discover fresh Moroccan ingredients, seasonal produce, and traditional spices.
After the market visit, you’ll head to our ranch, where your hands-on Moroccan cooking experience begins. With guidance from a local chef, you’ll learn how to prepare a complete traditional meal, including Moroccan salads, tagine, couscous, and homemade traditional bread.
Throughout the class, you’ll discover Moroccan cooking techniques, learn how local spices are used, and get an introduction to the food traditions behind each dish.
Once everything is ready, sit down together and enjoy the meal you’ve prepared, accompanied by traditional Moroccan mint tea and local pastries.
At the end of the experience, you’ll receive recipe cards so you can recreate your favorite Moroccan dishes at home before being driven back to your accommodation.
