   Perched on the heights of Epernay, Hautvillers is a real gem steeped in history.
   It is here that Dom Perignon perfected the art of champagne in the 17th century.
   Stroll through its flowery streets, admire the wrought iron signs of the winemakers’ houses, visit the abbey where the famous monk lies, and enjoy an exceptional panorama of the Marne Valley.
