Overview

1. Photoshoot Process

1.1 Meet your English-speaking guide at Exit C of Jinyu Hutong Station, Subway Line 8. Walk about 5 minutes to the makeup studio.

1.2 Choose your Chinese costume and accessories. Your makeup artist will create a matching hairstyle and makeup look.

1.3 After styling, enjoy a private photoshoot with a professional photographer who will guide your poses, expressions, and movements.

2. Photoshoot Location

Tuesday–Sunday: Imperial Ancestral Temple.
Monday: Forbidden City moat and nearby historic areas, as the temple is closed.

3. Photo Delivery

Return the costume after the shoot. 30 original photos will be emailed within 2 business days. The 5 retouched photos will be emailed within another 2 business days.

4. Private Guide Support

Your English-speaking guide assists throughout with meeting directions, costume selection, and communication with the makeup and photography teams.
