Overview

This private walking tour introduces Yokohama through its most approachable icons—Chinatown, the harbor, and easy seaside strolls—while adding context beyond quick photo stops.

In Chinatown, learn how migration, food culture, and everyday life shaped the neighborhood. Optional light tasting is available along the way (at your own expense), with time for photos at colorful gates and backstreets.

Then head to the waterfront. Walk through parks, piers, and promenades with views toward Minato Mirai, as your guide explains how Yokohama grew around its harbor and what the sea still means to the city today. The pace is relaxed and can be adjusted to your interests, energy, and walking speed.

The itinerary is for reference only. As this is a private tour, the guide tailors the experience within the tour duration based on guests’ interests and requests.
