Your airport pickup will be located outside the terminal. Once you have completed Immigration and Customs, proceed to the arrival area. Use the first door on the right next to Island Car Rental to exit the terminal. Upon exiting the terminal, turn right and head towards the restroom. You will find our greeter standing behind the barricade (in front of Sixt Car Rental) holding a sign that says CHADS TRAVELS TRANSFERS & EXCURSIONS (Please do not look for your name). When you spot the greeter, present your ticket and they will accompany you to your transportation.
