Pickup time is scheduled 30 minutes after your cruise ship’s arrival. For example, if your ship docks at 8:00 AM, pickup will be at 8:30 AM; if it arrives at 9:00 AM, pickup will be at 9:30 AM, and so on. However, for ships arriving at 7:00 AM, pickup will always be at 8:30 AM local time.

If you're being picked up from the port, our DRIVER will meet you inside the port area, on the left side of your ship. They will be holding a signboard that displays our company logo and name, you will also see our logo: A MERCEDES BENZ V CLASS VEHICLE — clearly visible for easy identification.

We also offer pickup from all hotels and train stations in Messina, except those already listed here. If you have any questions about the pickup location, feel free to contact us on WhatsApp.
